Jim A5 StarJust Roofs and Gutters did an exceptional job in replacing our home and garage roof via an insurance claim due to wind and hail damage. Jude was our project manager and was extremely easy to work with. He kept us informed along the insurance journey. The crew was polite, efficient and professional and were very happy with the outcome. Brian Friend, the owner, even made a trip out to look at the job after it was complete. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions promptly and completely and he constantly kept us informed on the progress of the installation by visiting the site numerous times and coordinating with the crew. Jeffrey is professional and friendly and we felt very confident with every step of our roof repair. We even recommended him to our neighbors to help with their roof repairs. They communicated well with us throughout the project including updating us during the supply chain delays on shingles. The install team was professional and cleaned up nicely. John A Vargas5 StarWe received a letter from our insurance company informing us that coverage on all Roofs will change by the end of 2024. So we called, at the suggestion from a friend, Just Gutters and Roofs (technician) to schedule a roof inspection.
I called and after a few questions and within two days Noah inspected our roof and produced a 20 page detailed report highlighting his fundings. Our roof is in going shape. All this with a willingness to answer all our questions and at NO CHARGE.
