Robert Rosene5 StarI met with a few companies before selecting Modern Roofing Group, even one of the coveted Dave Logan recommended companies. I will tell you that specific company was a joke and apparently doesn’t know the difference between four and five inch gutters. Conversely, Modern Roofing Group was exactly that - modern. Brian uses technology and intelligence in his presentation and project management. I had 100% confidence throughout my roof and gutter replacement due to the professional and consistent communication from Brian. Neither of them can compare with the professionalism and attention to detail that I experienced with Modern Roofing Group. From Brian's first assessment of an ongoing problem to his completion of the repair, this company was by far heads and shoulders above the rest. Detailed assessment of the issue (including photos and narrative), personal attention to detail, professional interface with the tenant, and resolution of a long standing problem that another well respected company failed to assess: these were only a few of the qualities that you rarely find in *any* company. Modern roofing group took our concerns seriously and helped us diagnose the problem via email and in person the following day after we called, for a repair that another roofing company misdiagnosed. Brian was urgent and informative, and also provided a fair price for the work that needed to be done.
